Online Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Linabella.  If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you may return the item(s) in it’s original condition within 14 days of purchase date for a full refund, less shipping costs.  Linabella is not responsible for return shipping fees, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.  Merchandise must be returned in the original condition, (unwashed, unworn, unaltered) with original tags attached.  Online purchases may be returned in-store ONLY if receipt is present.

*Some items are Final Sale:  Sale, promotional or clearance items, special order or custom items, gift cards, and all jewelry.

Before returning your item(s) please email us at:  [email protected] to start the return process.  Please include your name, date and order number.  We will confirm your return and give instructions via email.  

Once item(s) are received refunds will be given to original form of payment.  No refund or credit will be given after 14 days.  

Linabella is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods.  

Shipping and merchandise credit are Non-refundable.

 

In Store Return Policy

In store purchases may be returned within 7 days of purchase date for a full refund.  Item(s) must be in original condition (unwashed, unworn, unaltered) with original tags attached.  Original receipt MUST be present.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  Refund will be issued in the form of store credit.
